Speed Tune
These speeds are true speeds assuming a 20% speed aura from Khamir is being used.
Khamir prioritizes his A2 with no delay. His A3 is only used if someone dies and if that happens the speed tune is thrown apart. The buff extender follows Khamir and extends his Increase speed - they will prioritize their buff extension skill with no delay. Your block debuff champion will prioritize their block debuffs skill with a delay of one turn.

Gear & Sets
For everyone but the DPS you cannot have any gear sets that reduce skill cooldowns (Reflex, Merciless, etc...) and make sure to plug any speed % bonuses from sets into the calculator (Speed, perception, etc...)
Masteries
Typically warmaster for all champions. DO NOT use any masteries that reduce skill cooldowns or grant turn meter for any of the core 3 champions.
How It Works / Rotation
Khamir helps the team take 2 turns for every 1 that the clan boss takes due to his Increase Speed (extended by the buff extender), Increase turn meter, and speed aura. Buffers can be used like my video shows to help keep the team alive longer.
Video
Requires Khamir Scald Eye and a buff extender on a 3-turn cooldown. Some slots are flexible — swap in comparable champions as needed.
